Terms of Service
Last updated July 18, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Goalday Inc. ("Goalday", "we"). By using goalday.com you accept them.
The service
Goalday lets founders publish opportunity profiles shared by private link, and lets engineers apply to them with real work, which is turned into an evidence-based analysis delivered privately to the role's poster. The product is under active development: it may change, and features may be added or withdrawn.
Your account
You sign in with LinkedIn, and your account must represent you. You're responsible for the activity under your account and for the accuracy of what you post or submit.
Applications and analyses
You may only nominate work you have the right to share; misrepresenting the authorship or ownership of nominated work is grounds for termination. Analyses are generated automatically from the evidence provided — they are not reviewed by a human, they never contain a score, and they are an input to a decision, not advice. Decisions made on the basis of a profile or an analysis belong to the people making them.
Acceptable use
Don't use Goalday for anything unlawful or abusive. Don't scrape or harvest data, probe or circumvent access controls, or attempt to make private links or applications public. Usage limits (for example, application throttles) are part of the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you provide — the roles you post, the work you nominate, and what you write. You grant Goalday the license needed to operate the service: to generate the profiles and analyses you request, deliver them to their intended recipients, and keep backups. The Goalday name, site, and marks remain ours.
Paid plans
Posting a role is free, and engineers never pay. The Workspace plan is $99 per month, billed via our payment provider; you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Amounts already billed aren't refunded for partial months.
Termination
You can stop using Goalday and request deletion of your data at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms. On termination, the privacy policy's deletion rules apply.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Goalday isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be noted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
